Mamoune

For over 10 years, I was a nurse doing what I loved most, taking care of others. In 2016, I was involved in a rollover car accident that changed the trajectory of my life forever. Thankfully, I am alive but I was left with injuries that prevented me from returning back to the job that I loved so much. I found myself with a lot of extra time on my hands that in turn gave me the opportunity to return back to my first love of cooking. For over 30 years, I have been feeding and taking care of my two girls, (who are now young women) with these recipes. Infused with organic and rich spices and blended with fresh vegetables; Over the years I have perfected the recipes past down to me by my ancestors in Haiti. Now, I am finally making them available to the world. These are premade spices that can be used by cooks, chefs and homemakers of any skill level.
